- 100 cabins (200 guests) traveling = 12 Free Beds (6 free cabins)
So, what’s the next step to start earning your FREE Cruise? It’s simple.
-
Pick a Ship and Itinerary - See how many people are interested in joining you on your cruise. Exchange ideas for possible cruise destinations. HINT: New ships tend to attract the most takers.
- Select a Month to Travel - Once you have a ship and itinerary and an initial group that's interested, attempt to select a month that all can agree to travel. HINT: The best group deals are offered in January, February, May, June, September, October and early November
- Contact Cruise Agent - Once you have an idea of how large your group will be initially and the month and ship of sailing, contact Daphne at 1-866-554-CRUISE to let her know that you are interested in leading a new Cruise Planners group cruise. I will explain the group cruise process to you and will contact our Preferred Cruise Lines to obtain your official quote. After you receive your proposal, and it’s acceptable with your initial group members, it is full speed ahead! HINT: Being flexible on your sailing date may mean a better price and more amenities! Use www.babyletscruise.com to help narrow your search for your cruise destination and cruise line.
- Promote your Group Cruise - Once you have your Cruise Planner Group started, I will create your personalized cruise flyers and mail to you and to members of your group. I will also offer an online booking site for members of your group to book their own reservations and make deposits. HINT: Use the personalized flyer to generate as much interest as you can in your group. The more cabins you book the more FREE cruise fares you generate.
- Provide Deposit and Rate Information to all interested Group Members
Once your group cruise is book advise group members of the initial deposit, second deposit, and final payment dates required to book their cabin. HINT: Work with your Cruise Planner to help determine best methods for sending payment reminders to your group members.
